Take a ferry from Naval, Biliran to Maripipi Island, then arrange a boat to Sambawan. Camping permits must be arranged with the local government unit of Maripipi in advance. Bring all your food, water, and supplies — there are no shops on the island. Snorkelling gear rental is available from the boat operators in Maripipi.
